Ah gong and Ah ma here icome
Hey... back frm my attachment at the nursing home... this time round was rather boring though... got nth to do also... today was mainly orientation and introduction of the hospital... hahahaha... and guess wad? i tried out the acupuncture for the first time... hehe... i told the doc saying that i'm having cramps and she told me that she would insert the needle into the stomach area... i got a shocked and i told her to forget abt it... therefore she tried it on my hand instead so as to cure headache... she was talking to me trying to distract my attention on the needle... felt nth at all... painless at first.... when i told her it's nth... she happily show the students different method of turning the needle and she poke the needle even deeper... felt the pain nw of cos... hahaha... scary lo... dun even dare to move my hands.... hehe....
Another thing is that i was feeding this ah ma today... was speaking to her in dialect here and there... at least i could still manage to speak a little teochew to her... she also told me that she like me alot and she luves the way i smile at her cos she thinks it's very beautiful... haha... so happy lo... :) one last shocking thing that she did to me was she held my hand and kiss me... hehe... in return i need too... but i dun dare... haha... seen alot of elderly... overall i think they are very nice ppl to communicate and it's nice having them to talk abt their past experinces...
