Feeling Helpless....
Hmm... dearie is quitting smoking right nw... it's been 2 days that he didn light up his cigrette... i'm very glad that he's very serious in quitting this time round...
i know quitting without using any inhaler is very difficult and i know that he's suffering ... it's really hurting for me to see him in this state... sometime i really wish that he would quit slowly but not right away...
During this period of time i know that he's going feel irritated easily and having a bad temper... therefore i got to compromise and understand what he's going through right nw...
i really wish that i'm able to help him in any ways to relive some of his anxiety... for nw i'm going to seek for chinese herbs and ask for advices frm the chinese doc... also, anyone who is able to give me advices are welcome to tag... thanks
