Noise Pollution Kills

As some of you know, there has been an upgrading project at my neighbourhood and quite frankly, it's driving me up the wall.
It's noisy as Hell here and I can't enjoy my music, watch a movie or do anything in peace.
At first, I thought that after my side of the block has completed the renovations, things would be better. But, NOOOooooooooo...they decided to prolong the bloody noise pollution and destroy the peace.
My neighbour very cleverly decided to renovate his whole house AFTER the upgrades had been done and for the past 3 days, I've been awaken by the noise from his unit at 8am in the morning.
I mean, why don't you do the renovations BEFORE or DURING the upgrading?
BAH!
That's not all.
The upgrading works aren't completed yet as well. The people are still drilling, hacking and cementing at the opposite block.
I understand that you got to wait until the upgrading works there are completed.
But to wait like 3 bloody weeks after the upgrading is done is absurd.
Hey, DO IT AT ONE SHOT!
Some people DO work at night or are enjoying their holidays right now!!
Little wonder people are ALWAYS complaining about gah'men services.
For those who think that I don't have a right to complain, I AM PAYING FOR THE DAMN UPGRADING FEES, so doesn't that gimme a right to bitch abt the noise?

Noise is affecting my mood and I'm damn cranky right now.
Feel like just yanking my hair out or just clobber the life out of some poor sod.
Dearie called earlier and I didn't even have the mood to talk to her, considering how noisy it is here.
DAMN, I hate the noise.
Hope the damn noise and upgrading works stop soon..
