And yes, I've started to quit smoking.
It's been a major part of my life since I was 12 but well, I can't continue smoking for the rest of my life.
Simply decided to kick the habit a few days ago and right now, I'm smoke free for 63 hours and counting.
Can't say that it's been easy though.
Been rather easily irritated for these past few days and I've been eating alot of tidbits and junk food just to stem the cravings of a cigarette.
I'm exercising harder than before for the same reason, too.
Side effect is, I'm sprouting more nonsense than I should..which includes this entry.
I also have extra free time on my hands lately..so I've been surfing around the Internet and read rather amusing stuff.
Oh yeah, Steve Irwin, the crocodile man died today. The cause of death?
A Sting-ray barb pierced his chest and he died from that.
Poor guy.
Also, I've added another link to our blog.
It's a blog done by a local professional chef and personally, I feel it's quite good!
He has recipes and good food recommendations on his blog, which will solve some of my headaches I guess.
I've also added another link to a website I've been referring to during my cessation.
It's a website which tells you what happens after you quit smoking.
So if you have any loved ones who still smoke, try to get them to quit.
It's a pain in the ass, but well, I think my health is more worth it..not to mention the amount of money I'll be saving.
