Ahhh..been terribly busy in school. Assignments seem like waterfalls lately, they just don't stop coming.

Heard about it from my friends and since Dearie liked The Daily Scoop (TDS) so much, I figured she would like the Island Creamery as well. I wasn't wrong.
We both had a single scoop each at the shop itself. Dearie had ReverseO ice cream in a cone, while I opted for Horlicks flavoured ice cream in a cup. Simply delicious.
Felt that Island Creamery beats TDS hands down, mainly because the ice cream from Island Creamery is thicker and has more flavour to it, whereas I felt that TDS ice cream lacks a certain punch. Don't get me wrong though, I love ice cream from both locations.
Oh yeah, the ice cream at Island Creamery is cheaper. $2.50 gets you a single scoop in a cup or a cone (and it's not a small scoop). The cup is practically full of the ice cream, instead of one pathetic lump elsewhere. $4 for double scoop and $8 for the 500ml tub (featured above). Lotsa local flavours like Coconut Swirl, Horlicks, Pulut Hitam, Teh Tarik..etc etc. I'm going to try Teh Tarik and Coconut Swirl the next time I'm there!
